At GCHUNY, we want you to shop with confidence. We provide a clear return and refund process and respect all applicable UK consumer rights.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible purchases.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

This 30-day policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason.

You generally have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

To help us process your return, products should be:

In their original condition where reasonably possible.
Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals and included components where applicable.
Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.

Customers may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund where permitted.

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.

If the product is faulty, defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match its description, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover applicable return costs where required by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the product and, where applicable, the packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received, we will process the applicable refund.

Where a statutory cancellation applies, refunds will generally be made within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK law.

For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where required by UK law, standard delivery charges will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we generally only need to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where a specific legal exception applies, including certain personalised or customised goods and other statutory exceptions.

Any applicable restriction will be communicated before purchase.
